Dörken Corporation USA Celebrates 15th Anniversary D örken Corporation USA, an op- erating unit of Dörken MKS-Sys- teme, Herdecke, Germany and manufacturer of corrosion protection coating systems, for a variety of parts including fasteners, springs, brackets, clips, stamped parts and large under- body components, recently celebrated the 15th Anniversary of the company's presence in North America. Dörken's global coating solutions are approved for use by and meet the stan- dards and specifi cations for corrosion protection, sealants, and lubricity per- formance of fasteners of vehicle manu- facturers and Tier One suppliers world- wide yet are environmentally friendly. Its product development programs and manufacturing operations are certifi ed in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and to ISO 14001. Hubbard-Hall Named 'Top Workplace' H ubbard-Hall has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by Hearst Media Services. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research fi rm that special- izes in organizational health and work- place improvement. Greenkote Adds Major Anti-Corrosion Coating Capacity in Ohio G reenkote, provider of advanced anti-corrosion metal coatings, announced that it has more than doubled the capacity at its headquarters production facility in Brook Park, OH. The company stated that the expansion has come in response to signifi cantly in- creasing demand from the industry. "Over the past year we've seen a steady increase in orders for anti-corrosion and metal protection coatings," says CEO Mark Gore,"and our new state-of-the-art coating line will help us keep pace with the need." The company stated that the added equip- ment will multiply current capacity by near- ly two and a half times, enabling the Brook Park facility to process more than 150 tons of parts per month. It will also provide for the application of specialized topcoats and sealers to the Greenkote coatings to fur- ther enhance the coating performance. PPG to Acquire Paint and Coatings Manufacturer DEUTEK P PG has announced that it has reached an agreement with the Emerging Europe Acces- sion Fund (EEAF) to acquire DEUTEK S.A., a leading Romanian paint and architectural coatings manufacturer. PPG expects the transaction to close in the fi rst quarter 2017, following the receipt of regulatory approvals.
