More Effi cient Powder Application
Rohner Batch Powder Booths (Vancouver, WA) offers a design focused on optimal airfl ow
for powder containment and application effi ciency, with features that include:
• Air recirculation back into the facility so no makeup air is required.
• Excess powder collection through two-stage fi lters.
• 18-gauge G90 galvanized steel composition.
• Less than 83dB blower with TEFC direct drive motor run by a VFD.
• High-effi ciency, T-8 fl uorescent Class I Div. II lighting or optional LED lighting.

Compact Automatic Spray Gun
The WA 110 from Walther Pilot North America (Chesterfi eld, MI) is
one of the most compact automatic spray guns on the market.
Measuring in at only 45mm x 56mm, its tiny physical foot-
print allows the user to coat areas that were previously
thought unreachable using conventional means. The
WA 110 is optimized for low-viscosity mold release
solutions, thus the needle/nozzle and material passag-
es are made of stainless steel for the processing of wa-
ter-based media. Other features include:
• Minimal moving parts, offering an incredibly long life and
painless repairs.
• A light weight, which means that you can use multiple units
on a robot without weight issues.
• A customized bolt-on mounting attachment for added fl exibility.

Exceptional Grinding Performance
on All Metals
The new PLANTEX CERAMIC discs from
CS Unitec (Norwalk, CT) have been spe-
cifi cally developed for grinding all metals
including stainless steel, steel, alumi-
num, titanium, bronze and special alloys.
The discs' advanced high-performance
ceramic grain improves grinding perfor-
mance for maximum removal, saving
time and extending service life, says the
company. The unique abrasive structure
reduces heat when grinding, preventing
heat discoloration on the workpiece.
PLANTEX CERAMIC discs feature:
• A backing plate made of natural hemp with a polypropylene binder. Safer working
conditions result from the elimination of fi berglass, mineral fi bers and epoxy resin in
the backing plate.
• This hemp fi ber high-tech compound also provides high insulating, vibration damping
and noise-reducing properties.
The disc automatically reduces in size during grinding, allowing 100 percent utilization of
the abrasive fabric. These environmentally-friendly discs minimize pollution from production
to waste disposal.
