TRICOR maintained a GOLD composite perfor- mance rating (100% in both quality and delivery) for each month of the 12-month performance period, from October 1, 2014, to September 30, 2015. • PennEngineering (Danboro, PA) has entered into an agreement to acquire Heyco Products Inc. (Toms River, NJ).Heyco Products designs and manufactures molded wire protection products, plastic fasteners, molded compo- nents and stamped electrical components. PennEngineering provides precision fasteners, components and installation systems, special- izing in thin sheet attachment solutions. • Aircraft engine manufacturer GE Aviation has announced its decision to launch a voluntary public takeover offer for all outstanding shares of SLM Solutions Group AG. GE Aviation is part of the General Electric Group, USA. SLM produces laser machines for metal-based additive manufacturing. GE has also an- nounced the acquisition of Arcam AB, based in Mölndal, Sweden. Arcam invented the elec- tron beam melting machine for metal-based additive manufacturing, and also produces advanced metal powders. • Motion Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, has ac- quired OBBCO Safety & Supply, LLC.
