(Allegan, MI) in- troduces the Material Mas- terPowerfill Filling System with Gain-In-Weight Scale System. After bag connec- tion and inflation, this high output filling system allows the bulk bag to be filled by weight to a programmed set point. The heavy-duty bulk bag densification system settles product for enhanced stability. Other features include: • The Easy-Load rotary bag hanger system, which brings all bag strap connection points directly in front of the operator for quick and easy access. • The Power-Sweep system, which extends bag fill carriage 24" towards operator for reach-free bag attachment. • Allen-Bradley Control-Logix PLC controls, providing easy access to system status, recipes and operational parameters. • Custom designs for your application requirements. www.materialtransfer.com; 800-836-7068 Dock Door Safety Working near high-speed doors just got a little saf- er with the introduction of LED Virtual Vision by Rite-Hite (Milwaukee, WI). Unlike light commu - nication systems that use arrows and countdowns to alert workers when a door is about to close, the exclusive Virtual Vi- sion allows workers to "see" through the door with red LED lights that indicate when another worker or object is approaching the door from the other side. Know- ing if something is about to pass through a door opening can prevent a host of potential accidents, including dangerous and costly collisions between forklifts and workers, which is the second most common type of forklift accident. This system is an alternative to – or can be the perfect complement to – high-speed doors that use clear plastic vision panels. LED lights are typically placed just outside of the door's frame on each side, but they can be set up anywhere that promotes the easiest visual for forklift operators and personnel. www.ritehite.com; 800-456-0600 Two-Component Spray Gun WALTHER PILOT (Chesterfield, MI) announces the release of its newest two-component spray gun, the PILOT BOND 2K. In addition to its top class PILOT III-2K two-component spray gun, the Bond 2K is a high-quality and cost efficient option for spraying multi-com- ponent adhesives. The PILOT Bond-2K features a compact design with a sturdy, ergonomic grip to reduce fatigue during extended usage periods and stainless steel material passages for the process- ing of water-based materials. The wide jet spray pattern can be adjusted for either vertical or horizontal spray. The B component is introduced through a horn in the air cap in order to provide optimal mixing and atomization. www.waltherpilotna.com; 586-598-0347
